Outside of my academics and career, I’m a proud bunny mom to Peanut, my six-year-old sidekick and love of my life. I have a passion for hands-on creativity, whether it’s cooking, painting, sewing, making jewelry, or crafting—I thrive on challenges that push me to think and create. I also have a deep love for photography, with a growing collection of film and digital cameras that I enjoy experimenting with. Speaking of collections, my vinyl record collection is one of my prized possessions, featuring everything from an original The Beatles – Let It Be album to a signed Fred Again record.
I’m obsessed with projection work and love integrating it into anything I do with friends—especially for a fun themed dinner party, where I get to show off my projection skills. Fashion is another big passion of mine, and I had the opportunity to study sustainable fashion in Copenhagen, Denmark, learning from high-fashion designers and Copenhagen Fashion Week professionals about how they incorporate sustainability into their practices (I’ll make my way back there someday!). This experience has also influenced my own jewelry brand, Tajuma (patent pending). My best friend and I created Tajuma with dreams of turning it into our full-time career, and while we’re still in development, we are dedicated to making it a reality.
